It was the worst experience I have went to four it was the best but this house was the worst the villa was so small we told the guy we are more then ten he said ok but there is no place and we cannot put music if we want because there is a sensor and the water was not working and this the worst villa I have been to

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at RAK Villa 72!
Our stay at Villa 72 in Ras Al Khaimah was absolutely amazing , everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The villa itself was stunning, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The pool area, garden, and interior were spotless and perfect for families or groups looking for a peaceful getaway.
A special thank you to Sofia, who was truly outstanding. She was available at every moment of the day, always respectful, polite, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and warmth made our stay feel effortless.
Mohammed was also incredibly helpful,always quick to respond to messages and ready to assist with any questions or arrangements. His communication was excellent, and he made sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, comfort, and service were all five-star. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending Villa 72 RAK to friends and family, it’s the perfect combination of luxury, privacy, and exceptional service! 🌴🏡✨

تجربتي في هذه الفيلا كانت مخيبة للآمال. خلال فترة الإقامة في الصيف، انقطعت الكهرباء رغم وجود أطفال دون سن السنتين، مما عرضهم للخطر وتسبب في معاناة كبيرة. تزامن الانقطاع مع إقامة احتفال، ما أدى إلى ذوبان قالب الكيك المكلف وإفساد المناسبة.
الخدمة من مدير الفيلا ومدبرة المنزل كانت سيئة للغاية، ولم نجد أي تعاون أو استجابة سريعة. وبعد عدة محاولات استمرت لساعتين، تمكنا أخيرًا من التواصل مع المالك، الذي وافق على إعادة مبلغ ليلة واحدة فقط، رغم حجم الإزعاج والأضرار.
لا أنصح بالحجز في هذه الفيلا، خاصةً للعائلات أو لمن يخطط لمناسبات خاصة

نشكر لكم مشاركتنا رأيكم، ونود التوضيح بأن انقطاع الكهرباء لم يكن من قبلنا، بل كان بسبب أعمال توصيل جديدة أمام الفيلا من قبل شركة الكهرباء، وشمل الانقطاع المنطقة بأكملها، وليس الفيلا وحدها، ولم يكن بإمكاننا التحكم في ذلك أو منعه.
عند تواصلكم مع المالك، سأل عن رغبتكم في التعويض بسبب الانقطاع لمده ساعتين، وأخبرتموه أنكم تودون المغادرة واسترداد نصف المبلغ، وتمت الموافقة على ذلك. لكنكم اخترتم البقاء حتى نهاية فترة الإقامة، وهو ما قمنا باحترامه وتقديم الخدمة خلاله.
لا نعلم ما هو الإزعاج الذي تقصدونه من طرف الفيلا، إذ حرصنا على تقديم ما بوسعنا رغم أن سبب المشكلة كان خارج إرادتنا كما ذكرتم.

المكان يجنن و الفله يديده و نظيفه الغرف واسعه و أثاثها نظيف و مرتب ، مهتمين بالتفاصيل ، عامل الاستقبال جدا محترم و لبق ، التعليق الوحيد السيئ يخص العامله الي في الفلة تعاملها أبدا مش بروفشنل غير متعاونه .

I had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Mohamed. He greeted us warmly and was incredibly nice throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained place to stay.
