Villa policy

 

• Welcome to our peaceful retreat! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties, or playing loud music. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a tranquil environment for all our neighbours.

  The villa accommodates 13 adults.

• You can check-in starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be before 11:00AM

• Deposit 2000 AED at time of booking it's refundable if no damages occur within 1 to 14 working days.

• Maintain the villa in a clean condition as received, prior to checkout.

• Please ensure that the furniture remains in its original location to avoid penalties.

• We are pet friendly.

 

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

 

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are fully refundable.

• Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

• A 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Booking Date Changes

• Reservations may be modified free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.

• Modifications requested less than 14 days before check-in will incur a fee of 30% of the total booking amount.

• Reservations may only be rescheduled once.

• New dates must be at the same rate or a higher rate.

• In the event of an officially declared natural disaster, reservations may be rescheduled but not canceled.

At Villa72Rak, we kindly ask our guests to treat our home with respect, clean up after themselves, report any damages, and leave the villa as they found it to ensure a pleasant stay for all.
