Villa policy

 

  • Welcome to our peaceful retreat! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties, events, or playing loud music. If this rule is not followed, it may result in the full deduction of the security deposit and cancellation of the reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a tranquil environment for all our neighbours.

    The villa accommodates 13 adults.

  • You can check-in starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be before 11:00AM

  • Deposit 2000 AED at time of booking it's refundable if no damages occur within 1 to 14 working days.

  • Maintain the villa in a clean condition as received, prior to checkout.

  • Please ensure that the furniture remains in its original location to avoid penalties.

  • We are pet friendly.

 

Cancellation policy and refund

 

  • If the cancellation is made more than 28 days before the check-in date, the whole amount will be refunded.

  • If the cancellation is made between 28 and 21 days before the check-in date, 50%, of the total price will be deducted, If the cancellation is made less than 21 days before the check-in date, the whole amount will be deducted.

  • A 4% credit card fee will be deducted in case of cancellation.

Changing the booking date

​

  • Guests can modify their reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date without any penalty.

  • For modifications made less than 14 days before the check-in date, a fee of 20% of the total booking price will be applied.

  • Guests can reschedule at the same rate or at a higher rate only.

  • They are allowed to change their booking dates only once.

  • In the event of a natural disaster, only the booking date can be changed after the incident, not canceled, and only if the state declares a natural disaster.

At Villa72Rak, we kindly ask our guests to treat our home with respect, clean up after themselves, report any damages, and leave the villa as they found it to ensure a pleasant stay for all.

Can I have early check in or late check out? 

please check our website to see if the day before or after your stay is available. If it’s open, we can usually accommodate you! Check this within one day of your arrival, then send us a request, and we’ll confirm it for you. This way, you’ll save your time. 

Is there a glitch in the site? I had entered to book and the date was available, then I exited the page. When I tried again, the date became unavailable ?

Ah, I see. So, the system temporarily reserves the date as soon as you start the booking process to avoid duplicate bookings. If you exit, the date will remain reserved for 10 minutes. You can try again after this time.

Do you have half day reservation ?

Sorry, we only accept full-day reservations, no half-days.

If I want to cancel my reservation ?

For a refund, share your name, email, and phone. Based on Villa72Rak's policies, we'll process it within four workdays.

Can I see the villa before booking? 

We apologize for this request to avoid any embarrassment.

What is your check-in procedure?

Our team will meet you, give a tour of the house, assist with luggage, scan your ID, and provide keys and house rules.

Can I pay half of the payment only ?

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Do you have cleaning services ?

We clean the villa before you arrive, we kindly ask that you maintain its cleanliness during your stay. We handle daily garbage and provide fresh towels.

Do you have maids room ?

We don't have a maid's room available for guest use as it is reserved for our housekeeper. However, we do have a lady helper available to assist guests during their stay.

Can you allow catering to enter before our check-in time?

To prevent any problems and embarrassment, catering can only enter after the check-in process is completed and the deposit is collected.
