Cancellation & Booking Modification Policy
Cancellations made more than 21 days before check-in are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge, while cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. A 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Reservations may be modified free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. Modifications requested less than 14 days before arrival will incur a 30% modification fee. Bookings may only be rescheduled once, and the new booking rate must be equal to or higher than the original rate. In the event of an officially declared natural disaster, reservations may only be rescheduled and cannot be canceled.
