House Rules

Please note that parties, events, and loud music are not allowed. Any violation of these rules will result in the full deduction of the security deposit.

 

Please ensure the villa is returned in the same condition as it was handed over to you. Key points include

​

Checkout : Check out by 11:00 AM. A 30-minute delay incurs a 500 dirham charge; over an hour results in a full deposit deduction. 

​

Windows & Doors : Keep them closed; all windows have sensors.

 

Art & Trees : We hope you enjoy the art and greenery. Please take care of them as if they were your own

 

Furniture : If you move any furniture, kindly return it to its original place before you leave

 

Bathrooms : Try to keep the bathroom floor and ceilings dry to avoid any mishaps.

 

Patio & BBQ : Enjoy the patio and BBQ! Just make sure to tidy up and clean the BBQ after use.

 

Smoking : Smoking is not allowed inside, and we have smoke detectors to ensure safety.

 

Damages : We understand accidents happen, but any damages exceeding the deposit will incur charges.

 

Kitchen : Turn off all appliances when not in use.

Party confetti : strictly prohibited, their use will result in insurance deductions

 

Cleanliness : Help us keep the villa clean by disposing of trash properly. A 1000 AED fee applies for excessive mess.

 

Staff : Allow our staff a few minutes daily to take out trash and clean the pool.

Noise and Music

We want everyone to enjoy their stay, so please keep noise to a minimum and music at a low volume. No loud music is allowed during the day, and it's prohibited after 10 p.m. Our smart devices, including a Minut noise detector using AI to distinguish between parties and normal voice levels, help ensure a peaceful environment. Any disturbances might result in a full deduction of the security deposit. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

  • The robot vacuum will automatically clean both floors of the house daily at 10 AM

  • The outside lights will automatically turn on at sunset

  • The pool filter operates daily from 10 AM to 10 PM

  • To play music on all house speakers, ask Alexa to play the song you want in the "All Devices" group

  • To call any room, ask Alexa to send an announcement to the specific room or to everyone

  • Our TV is equipped with a PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Apple TV subscription, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, IPTV with international channels including sports, and local TV channels from Etisalat.

  • The house is equipped with CCTV cameras around the exterior wall.

Portable Router

The villa has Wi-Fi for indoor use, and a portable router is available if you need internet while you’re away. Turn it on, connect to the network shown on the back, and return it to the villa when you’re done. Contact us if you need assistance.

Housekeeper Assistance

Our villa includes a housekeeper available during the day. She cleans before check-in and after checkout. For stays longer than one night, she provides minimal cleaning twice daily: in the afternoon and in the evening, including garbage collection and bed making.

Checkout Instructions

To make your checkout quick and easy, please follow these steps before 12:00 PM

 

  1. Return any moved furniture and kitchen appliances to their original locations.

  2. Place all trash in plastic bags outside the villa.

  3. Keep all your belongings in your car.

  4. Attach keys to the door.

  5. Leave towels in the bathroom or laundry bags.

  6. If you leave early, attach the key to the door outside. We will transfer the insurance the same day after receiving your bank details.

Our staff will perform a final check and hand over the insurance. and wish you a safe trip.
