A security deposit of 2000 AED shall be paid by the tenant and will be refunded within one to fourteen (1–14) working days after inspection confirms that the villa and all its contents are in safe and proper condition. The tenant shall maintain a quiet and comfortable environment, avoiding loud music at all times. The villa is equipped with smart devices, including Minut noise and smoke detectors, as well as Nest smoke detectors, to ensure safety and protect the rights of neighbors and guests. Any complaints from neighbors or alerts from devices regarding parties or disturbances shall result in the full deduction of the deposit, cancellation of the reservation, and involvement of the tourism police. The tenant is required to maintain the villa’s cleanliness; otherwise, 1000 AED will be deducted from the deposit. Any damage to furniture or equipment shall be fully charged, and if the cost exceeds the deposit, the tenant shall cover the difference in accordance with the approved price list. The tenant is solely responsible for safeguarding personal belongings, and villa management shall not be held liable for any loss. Check-out must be completed by 11:00AM. A delay of up to 30 minutes will result in a deduction of 500 AED, while a delay exceeding one hour shall result in the full deduction of the deposit. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited; in the event of any violation, the entire security deposit shall be forfeited.
