I agree to check out by 11:00 AM. I understand that a delay of more than 30 minutes will result in a 500 AED deduction, and a delay exceeding an hour will result in full deposit forfeiture. أوافق على تسجيل المغادرة قبل الساعة 11:00 صباحاً، وأدرك أن التأخير لأكثر من 30 دقيقة سيؤدي إلى خصم 500 درهم، والتأخير لأكثر من ساعة سيؤدي إلى خصم كامل مبلغ التأمين.*

I agree to keep noise low, not play loud music, and not host parties. The villa has smart devices (Minut) to detect noise, and any alerts or neighbor complaints will result in full deposit loss, booking cancellation, and tourist police contact. أوافق على خفض الضوضاء، وعدم تشغيل موسيقى عالية، وعدم إقامة حفلات. الفيلا مزودة بأجهزة ذكية لرصد الإزعاج، وأي إنذار أو شكوى من الجيران يؤدي إلى خصم كامل التأمين، إلغاء الحجز، واستدعاء الشرطة السياحية.*

I agree that while outside food and drinks are allowed, I will not bring any tables, chairs, or external furniture into the villa, and I will not set up any additional seating. أوافق على أنه يُسمح بإحضار الطعام والمشروبات من الخارج، لكن لن أحضر أي طاولات أو كراسي أو أثاث خارجي إلى الفيلا، ولن أجهز أي جلسات إضافية*

I agree to maintain the villa’s cleanliness, and I understand that failure to do so will result in a 1,000 AED deduction from my deposit. أوافق على الحفاظ على نظافة الفيلا، وأدرك أن عدم القيام بذلك سيؤدي إلى خصم 1000 درهم من مبلغ التأمين.*

I agree to take care of my personal belongings and understand that villa management is not responsible for any loss. أوافق على الحفاظ على ممتلكاتي الشخصية وأدرك أن إدارة الفيلا غير مسؤولة عن فقدان أي أغراض خاصة.*

I agree to pay for any damage to furniture or equipment. I understand that the cost will be deducted from the deposit, and if the damages exceed the deposit amount, I will pay the difference based on the approved price list. أوافق على دفع تكلفة أي تلفيات في الأثاث أو المعدات، وأدرك أن التكلفة ستُخصم من التأمين، وإذا تجاوزت قيمة الأضرار مبلغ التأمين، سأدفع الفرق وفقًا لكشف الأسعار المعتمد.*

I acknowledge that I have received the villa in good condition and free of damages. I agree that any damages occurring during my stay will be my full responsibility, and I commit to paying their cost. أُقر بأنني استلمت الفيلا خالية من الأضرار وبحالة جيدة، وأتعهد بأن أي أضرار تحدث خلال فترة إقامتي ستكون مسؤوليتي الكاملة، وألتزم بدفع قيمتها*
