If a cancellation is made more than 28 days before the check-in date, the full amount will be refunded. For cancellations between 28 and 21 days before the check-in, 50% of the total booking price will be deducted. If the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before check-in, the full amount will be charged. Please note that a 4% credit card fee will always be deducted in the event of a cancellation. Guests may modify their booking up to 14 days before the check-in date without penalty. Changes made within 14 days of check-in will incur a fee equal to 20% of the total booking price. Reservations can be rescheduled only once, and only at the same or a higher rate. In cases of natural disasters, bookings cannot be canceled but may be rescheduled, provided that the state officially declares the natural disaster.
